At Jusbeyu Malaysia, every product is crafted with love and care for women’s comfort and confidence. We want you to shop with peace of mind — and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better. 🌸

General Guidelines

This policy applies only to purchases made through our Jusbeyu Malaysia Official Webstore (jusbeyu.my) with valid proof of purchase (order number + order confirmation email).
Please contact us within the stated timeframe for any return or exchange request. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

1. Change of Mind (Exchanges Only)

✨ Note: Not applicable for sanitary pads and pantyliners once opened

  • Contact us within 30 days from your purchase date via 👉 Support Request Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

  • Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll help you exchange it with another product of equal value.

  • Shipping and handling fees apply (see Section 4).

2. Product Quality Issues (Defects Only)

Your comfort and hygiene are our top priority. If you notice any defect or quality issue in your Jusbeyu products:

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase via 👉 [Support Request].

  • We may arrange for pickup of the defective product, or you may return it to us at your own cost if pickup isn’t possible.

  • After inspection, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund via Jusbeyu Store Credit.

3. Products Damaged in Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged or physically defective:

  • Please report it within 72 hours of receiving your delivery via 👉 [Support Request].

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted as our warehouse team cannot verify the issue.

  • To help us assist quickly, please include clear photos and your order details when submitting the form.

4. Return Costs & Refund Options

a) For defective or damaged products

  • All return shipping costs will be fully covered by Jusbeyu Malaysia.

  • You may choose between:

    • A replacement product of equal value, OR

    • A full refund via Jusbeyu Store Credit (non-transferable).

b) For change of mind exchanges

  • Return shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer.

  • A small processing fee (RM10) applies per case, plus courier charges:

    • RM10 for small parcels

    • RM15 per carton (additional boxes RM8 each)
